On Saturday morning, October 1st 2016, on the yard of HCMC University of Technology, the Career Fair – the biggest recruitment day of the year – was held. Together with more than 60 other enterprises, Searefico joined the youthful and exciting atmosphere. After the success of the program ‘Trial Interview, Real Success’, it was the third time this year that the Searefico HR Team returned to the HCMC University of Technology.

In addition to the HR Team members, the organizer board also included young engineers who graduated from the University of Technology, applied and are currently working at Searefico. Searefico’s youthful booth and interesting career opportunities attracted hundreds of students from faculties of Mechanics, Electrical-Electronics, Thermal and Refrigeration, and Chemical, etc.. Students enjoyed fun games to receive gifts, together learned about the works that Searefico is implementing to improve their knowledge as well as their career opportunities.

Besides, the recruitment team also directly interviewed candidates at the booth and selected potential candidates to join in new kick-off projects. Moreover, there was also a section for students who are interns at Searefico to share information, giving more confidence and motivation to other students to make efforts to be with the enterprise. With the spirit of “open” recruiting, only candidates with good potential and attitude were given thee opportunities and time to study and develop their career path of passion. In order to enhance the spirit and internal consolidation, in mid September, Searefico organized an annual tour under the title “Together we win!”. The 2016 teambuilding program was held at a beach within Bau Truc – Phan Rang 4-star resort with fine white sand, transparent blue sea, making the competition among the teams more exciting.

Through the teambuilding contests, Car 1 – the Cool Team excellently won the first prize, the winner of sub-competitions as football was Car 3 – Team Noisy L, and car 2 – Team Selfie also won the games in the Gala dinner party.

The 2016 teambuilding ended with high notes of teamwork and solidarity.

In mid September, Searefico and its strategic partner – Taisei Oncho organized a visit and study tour for 12 Project Managers during 7 days. The Searefico PMs joined Taisei Oncho’s leading experts and engineers on visiting and learning the construction experience at major projects by Taisei Oncho. The trip reflects the strategic cooperation and good relationship between Searefico and its Japanese partner.

Taisei Oncho is currently the leading electromechanical contractor in Japan and now appears in the markets of countries and territories as China, Philippines, India, Hawaii, etc.

In addition to practical learning and visits, Searefico’s PMs also had some days experiencing Japanese culture. The trip left remarkable memories about the country, people and construction techniques of Japan, which will help the PMs in upcoming works and motivates the successive SS and SM to keep on trying to get the same opportunities.

With the spirit of the Vietnamese Women’s Day, Searefico organized a visit to Minh Tran Garden for female employees. This is a special garden that preserves the culture between Vietnam and Japan.

This special garden was built by Mr. Dung – a businessman who would study and work for many years in Japan. He is also the second Vietnamese to receive the Rising Sun medal. The Vietnamese Dreams Nursery Garden is carefully nursed and taken care with all of his passion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He has made Minh Tran Garden into a minimized peaceful and quiet Vietnamese village with a nostalgic and familiar atmosphere, yet equipped with modern technology to work and host foreign partners.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The visit brought Searefico’s women an opportunity to learn more about the culture of a creative and advanced country, and enjoy the peaceful space in a special garden on a very special day.

 

There are memorable journeys which are made by companions who have been together on the same boat towards the target. There are words of gratitude from the heart when the companions sail the boat more and more stably across the sea.

On December 16, 2013, the Searefico’s Thank You Party, with the theme Future Creation, was warmly and majestically held at Hall Pollux 1, Gem Center.

The party represented our gratitude to more than 200 guests – our contractors and loyal suppliers who have cooperated with Searefico to create great works across the country. “If you want to go fast, go alone, If you want to go far, go together.”

Searefico’s Thank You Party 2016 was over but these images remain forever.

Excellent Supplier Award was granted to MAYEKAWA Company, GUNTNER ASIA PACIFIC Company, SUNLIGHT Electrical Company, LIM KIM HAI Electric Company, Vinh Binh Steel Company for high quality products, quick delivery and thorough services.

Other impressive images brought a lot of emotions to the viewer.

Upon approaching Tet Holidays, the atmosphere at Searefico was jubilant with good news. With the revenue of VND1,350 billion in 2016, 30% higher than that of 2015, Searefico is ranked 362, up 121 positions among Top 500 largest Enterprises in Vietnam VNR500. More especially, Searefico is listed in Top 50 Best Enterprises voted by Vietnam Report based on the revenue and profit growth rate, the efficiency of management, reputation in communication and credit rankings. The news affirms Searefico’s continuous growth and promises a brilliant New Year 2017.

Speaking at the Top 50 Best Vietnamese Enterprises Award (at Deawoo Hotel, Hanoi on last afternoon January 19th 2016), Mr. Le Tan Phuoc – General Director of Searefico, said, “When we set our goals as the inspirer, each member understands their own values ​​and role in the organization, understands what the company needs from them at present, so that together we can make the company a reliable place for customers, where our employees desire to work, then we will be successful”.
