Over the past two months of Phase 1 of the Searefico Reinvention Project (SRP), the SRP Board has received numerous ideas for innovation toward the development of Searefico. Many opinions and proposals have been put into practice, making these operations faster and more flexible.
To sincerely honor the enthusiastic and energetic Searefiers with practical suggestions, contributing to improving work efficiency, shortening processes and procedures, thereby optimizing the operation of the Searefico Group.
Being a strong fire transmitter is actively encouraging employees, refreshing the team spirit, and devotedly encouraging employees to raise initiatives. It will bring Searefico E&C to the top of the number of ideas sent to the SRP Board – Mr. Tran Dinh Muoi, CEO of Searefico E&C, was honored to receive the CEO of Reinventing Organization Award in June.
The successful application always requires commitment from the Leadership team, perseverance from all levels of management, and the constant efforts of each employee. When the “hardware” has been rebuilt compactly, quickly, and flexibly, the “soft” mechanisms that follow will be effective. And only when it increases performance, Searefico Group increases its resistance and is ready to accelerate in the future.
We want to congratulate all excellent Searefiers who have constantly strived for improvement and contributed the most efficient initiatives to Searefico. We wish the Searefiers continue to strive to achieve more achievements in the future. We also hope that Kaizen improvement activities will become “natural reflexes” of Searefiers, promoting Searefico’s sustainable development and prosperity.
