Searefico JSC, formerly known as Searefico Refrigeration Industry JSC, whose main fields of activity are Industrial Refrigeration and M&E works, has shifted to the Pure Holding model. Currently, we focus on capital management and investing in new industries, allowing our subsidiaries to inherit the previous businesses such as EPC contractor, MEP construction, industrial refrigeration, and neo-building material production. Meanwhile, the parent company concentrates on capital management and investment in new business areas.
At the moment, Searefico has six member companies operating in the ecosystem and supporting each other to increase our competitiveness and optimise the resources, including:
1. Công ty CP Kỹ thuật và Xây dựng Searefico (Searefico E&C): Kế thừa hoạt động kinh doanh cốt lõi – mảng cơ điện công trình M&E từ công ty mẹ, Searefico E&C có năng lực của một tổng thầu EPC chuyên thiết kế và thi công trọn gói các hạng mục cơ điện lạnh và xây dựng công nghiệp; cung cấp lắp đặt các kho thông minh, dây chuyền công nghệ, hệ thống tự động hoá trong nhà máy công nghiệp.
2 Công ty CP Greenpan: Với sản phẩm chủ lực là tấm panel xây dựng PIR đa chủng loại có chất lượng hàng đầu thế giới. Greenpan đi tiên phong trong lĩnh vực vật liệu xây dựng công trình xanh, đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng hướng đến ưu tiên sử dụng nguyên vật liệu thân thiện với môi trường. Bằng dây chuyền sản xuất hiện đại được đầu tư đồng bộ theo tiêu chuẩn châu Âu, Greenpan đem đến cho khách hàng những sản phẩm và dịch vụ tốt nhất, đáp ứng các tiêu chí: Bền Đẹp – Tiện Lợi - An Toàn.
3. Công ty CP Cơ điện lạnh Searee: Nhà thầu Cơ Điện uy tín hàng đầu tại miền Trung với lịch sử 33 năm hình thành và phát triển, Searee với nhà xưởng rộng 22.000m2 ở Đà Nẵng chuyên thi công lắp đặt các hệ thống M&E, công trình lạnh công nghiệp, sản xuất, xuất khẩu gia công chế tạo máy móc thiết bị và phụ kiện ngành cơ điện lạnh; tư vấn, thiết kế, cung cấp và lắp đặt thiết bị thi công, bảo trì sửa chữa các hệ thống, thiết bị cơ – nhiệt – điện lạnh các ngành công nghiệp và dân dụng.
4. Công ty CP Phoenix Energy & Automation: cung cấp giải pháp năng lượng xanh và tự động hóa thông qua hoạt động tư vấn, khảo sát, thiết kế và lắp đặt các dự án năng lượng mặt trời áp mái cho các khu công nghiệp và nhà dân; cung cấp lắp đặt các hệ thống tự động hóa cho các nhà máy trong ngành chế biến thuỷ hải sản, rượu bia, nước giải khát, etc.
5. Công ty CP Bất động sản Seareal: Seareal được thành lập với mục đích hợp tác với chủ đầu tư để mua bán, khai thác bất động sản, M&A và phát triển các dự án khu công nghiệp, hỗ trợ cho hoạt động các cốt lõi của Searefico.
Searefico có 02 đối tác chiến lược quan trọng gồm Taisei Oncho (nắm giữ 25% cổ phần) và Sanyo E&C (nắm giữ 20% cổ phần). Đây là các công ty cơ điện hàng đầu tại Nhật Bản có hoạt động tại Việt Nam và nhiều nước ở châu Á khác. Hoạt động kinh doanh và đầu tư của các đối tác chiến lược cũng sẽ cộng giá trị cho chuỗi sinh thái công nghiệp đa ngành của Searefico Group.
