Searefico E&C Awarded MEP General Contractor Role for The Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Quang Nam – Da Nang

Searefico E&C, a key member of Searefico Group (HOSE: SRF), is proud to have been appointed as the MEP General Contractor in March 2025 for The Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Quang Nam – Da Nang, a five-star resort project operated by Marriott International.

Strategically located along the scenic coastal route connecting Hoi An and Da Nang, the resort is expected to become one of the premier luxury destinations in Central Vietnam.

With a construction scale of over 54,000 square meters, the project includes 16 above-ground floors, 1 basement, and 220 five-star hotel rooms. Searefico E&C will be responsible for the complete execution of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and fire protection systems. To optimize the construction schedule and ensure quality control, Searefico E&C will implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create a comprehensive 3D model of the entire MEP system from the technical design stage.

The project is expected to be completed and handed over by May 2026. Winning the contract for The Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Quang Nam – Da Nang further affirms Searefico E&C’s strong capabilities and reputation in the MEP sector. This milestone also marks a significant step in Searefico E&C’s journey as a MEP General Contractor for high-end resort developments, contributing to the growing brand presence of Searefico Group (HOSE: SRF) in Vietnam’s construction industry.
