​The Journey of the Searefico Reinvention Project (SRP) has officially ended after three months from the launch date of June 1  to August 31, with valuable and meaningful numbers.

Searefico Internal Communications Department is pleased to announce the awarding results for excellent individuals who have submitted ideas and initiatives to the Searefico Reinvention Project Board (SRP). ​It is our honor to honor the determined and persistent Searefiers:

The success of excellent individuals in each unit cannot be without the role of inspiring the fire from the CEO. The SRP Board would also like to congratulate Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong – CEO of Searefico Corp, on winning the CEO Award for Reinventing the Organization in August. Also at the same time, pay her respect and admiration for her enthusiasm and enthusiasm for the Project. The Reinvention Project helps promote liberal thinking and remove barriers in the Searefco Corp team.

Kaizen calls us for an opportunity for long-term improvement, an internal force that drives higher standards and opens up more potential as long as we work hard. As long as we find love for our work, focus on our work, and are always willing to put in more effort than we can to continuously improve, especially for the quality of work, on each product or service released.
