During the historic Social Distancing (2021 to 2022), Searefico has implemented a series of activities to support and accompany the government to improve Covid-19 prevention. We help build and develop public policies to promote the growth of the business environment, helping both Searefiers and people facing difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our motto -Live Kind, Do Righteousness- is a shield against personnel fluctuations and brain drain, and helps Searefico produce “antibodies” to overcome Covid-19.
Mr. Le Tan Phuoc, Chairman of the BOD of Searefico also participated in coordinating the seminar session 2 of Vaccine for Corporate Culture in the Covid-19 era. There are two main topics: vaccines, corporate culture – sharing management experience and valuable lessons to steer the Company through the crisis during the pandemic and the issue of cultural acculturation – focusing on changes in habits, customs, a “new normal” business culture, to the behavior of businesses in the new business environment with the impacts of Covid and technology 4.0, to bring positive values to the business community and many more.
