Over the past 47 years of growth and development, Searefico Group (Searefico, SRF) has been a pioneer in Vietnam’s M&E industry, continuously expanding and perfecting its diverse ecosystem. The years 2023 and 2024 have been full of challenges for the real estate, construction, building materials, and M&E sectors. Despite these difficulties, Searefico has successfully maintained workforce stability and ensured employee welfare—an achievement made possible thanks to the persistent efforts of the Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Managers (BOM), HR Department, and the collective solidarity of all employees.
Although Searefico did not participate in the “Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam” survey, the 2024 results still ranked us in the Top 100, with a 10-position increase compared to 2023. This marks the fourth consecutive year Searefico has been honored in this prestigious list.
This recognition is not just a testament to our relentless efforts but also a motivation for Searefico, the BOD, and the HR Department to continue investing in our people. Together, we aim to create an even better working environment, improve the quality of our projects and products, and expand our business scale to affirm our strong position in the market.
