(FAST500.VN) – On April 24, 2025 in Hanoi, Searefico E&C – a member of Searefico Group – was officially honored at the Announcement Ceremony of Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises in Vietnam (FAST500) organized by Vietnam Report in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper. Notably, Searefico E&C made its mark when participating for the first time and ranked 9th in this year’s rankings.
FAST500 is a prestigious annual ranking based on the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of revenue, combined with business performance, financial capacity and media reputation. 2025 marks the 15th anniversary of FAST500, honoring businesses that not only have good growth results, but also possess a sustainable operating foundation and high adaptability in a volatile market context.
In the context of the global economy being heavily impacted by inflation, geopolitical instability and supply chain disruption, Searefico E&C continues to adhere to its core strategy, maintaining growth momentum by focusing on industrial and high-tech projects.
In 2024, Searefico E&C’s contracted revenue reached VND 1,174.5 billion, exceeding the plan by 107%. The high backlog up to the first quarter of 2025 has created a solid foundation for the revenue plan in the following quarters, with a series of large-scale projects stretching from North to South, such as Ixora O Tram Phase 2, Movenpick Ha Long…
While many construction companies face challenges of lack of orders and cash flow pressure, Searefico E&C is still proactive in seeking opportunities, signing new large contracts continuously, maintaining a stable growth rate. This is the important foundation that helps the company enter the Top 9 of FAST500 in its first participation.
This result is the result of a well-planned focus strategy. Since 2023, Searefico E&C has strongly restructured its project portfolio, prioritizing industrial, logistics, data center and green building sectors – sectors with short acceptance times and clear cash flow.
One of the key projects with high expectations is the Searee Industrial Building – SIB (Searee Industrial Building) in Da Nang – an international green standard high-rise industrial building, which has just been licensed and is preparing to start construction in 2025.
