(VNR500) – On April 24, 2025, in Hanoi, Searefico E&C – a member unit of Searefico Group – was honored in the Top 10 Electromechanical Contractors 2025 at the announcement ceremony organized by Vietnam Report in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper.
In the context that the construction industry continues to face many challenges in terms of investment capital and project progress, Searefico E&C still maintains stability, develops in accordance with the direction of high technology and strict management. In 2024, the company completed many large-scale projects such as Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Residences, Marriott Resort & Spa Hoi An, Searee Logistics Warehouse Da Nang…, contributing to consolidating its position as a prestigious domestic electromechanical general contractor.
Entering 2025, Searefico E&C continues to implement key projects such as Ixora Ho Tram Phase 2 and Movenpick Ha Long. The simultaneous construction of many projects in different regions requires solid overall management capacity and flexible operational experience – something that Searefico E&C has gradually proven through practice.

The company affirms its commitment to improving operating standards according to international standards, certified by two certificates ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) issued by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
According to Vietnam Report, the Top 10 Electromechanical Contractors 2025 ranking is based on three criteria: financial status, media reputation and trust from partners and customers. Searefico E&C meets all three criteria thanks to its stable financial foundation, flexible project operations and maintaining a positive brand image during a volatile market period.
In addition to the Top 10 M&E Contractors, this year also marks the first time Searefico E&C has appeared in the 9th position in the FAST500 ranking – Top 500 fastest growing enterprises in Vietnam, and is present in VNR500 – the ranking of 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam.
In the 2025–2026 period, Searefico E&C will continue to invest in the fields of industry, logistics, automation and green buildings. The company will also promote the training of young engineers, standardize construction processes, and expand the ecosystem of specialized technical services to anticipate new changes in the market.
Being honored in the Top 10 M&E Contractors 2025 is a remarkable milestone. But for Searefico E&C, today’s achievement is the foundation for the company to continue to go further on the journey of strengthening technical capacity and sustainable development in the Vietnamese construction industry.
