At noon on June 18, 2025, Searefico hosted a “Lunch & Learn” session featuring guest speaker Mr. Bac, Project Director at Incons, who joined us for a practical sharing session on how AI is being applied in project management. The session was held at the invitation of Searefico’s Chairman, Mr. Le Tan Phuoc.
Mr. Bac revealed that in the past, he could manage up to 3 projects at a time. But with the integration of AI, that number has increased to 15, while still maintaining work efficiency. He walked attendees through practical implementation steps, enabling them to begin applying them right away.
The session sparked lively discussions and received numerous questions around project management. It was clear to everyone that AI is no longer a distant concept – it’s a timely and essential tool for today’s challenges.
