On Saturday morning, October 1st 2016, on the yard of HCMC University of Technology, the Career Fair – the biggest recruitment day of the year – was held. Together with more than 60 other enterprises, Searefico joined the youthful and exciting atmosphere. After the success of the program ‘Trial Interview, Real Success’, it was the third time this year that the Searefico HR Team returned to the HCMC University of Technology.
In addition to the HR Team members, the organizer board also included young engineers who graduated from the University of Technology, applied and are currently working at Searefico. Searefico’s youthful booth and interesting career opportunities attracted hundreds of students from faculties of Mechanics, Electrical-Electronics, Thermal and Refrigeration, and Chemical, etc.. Students enjoyed fun games to receive gifts, together learned about the works that Searefico is implementing to improve their knowledge as well as their career opportunities.
Besides, the recruitment team also directly interviewed candidates at the booth and selected potential candidates to join in new kick-off projects. Moreover, there was also a section for students who are interns at Searefico to share information, giving more confidence and motivation to other students to make efforts to be with the enterprise. With the spirit of “open” recruiting, only candidates with good potential and attitude were given thee opportunities and time to study and develop their career path of passion.
