On June 13, 2025, Searefico (HOSE: SRF) proudly awarded the Top Searefiers for their standout initiatives submitted under the “Innovation 2025” program. The expert council highly praised each idea for its practicality, feasibility, and deep connection to real-world work experiences.

Congratulations to the outstanding awardees of Innovation 2025:

 • Nguyen Thanh Trung – Deputy Head of SQA, Searefico E&C
Idea: Integrating Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into workplace safety training
• Pham Quang Son – Project Manager, Searefico E&C
Idea: Implementing an internal assessment and certification system
• Duong Phu Nghia – Deputy Head of CCM, Searefico E&C
Idea: Establishing an internal acceptance team during project handover and conducting regular training for site supervisors on documentation procedures

Idea: Developing a virtual assistant for enterprise operations

Idea: Optimizing silicone/sealant nozzles for cold storage applications
