 On October 26, 2024, the Searefico family gathered at our Ho Chi Minh City headquarters for Searefico’s Day. This annual event honored our journey together, recognized our team’s invaluable contributions, and looked forward to exciting new goals on the horizon.

Chairman Le Tan Phuoc opened the event by speaking about Searefico’s enduring “cultural flow.” This culture, built over generations, stands on the core values of “Integrity, Respect, and Legacy.” Following him, CEO Nguyen Khoa Dang—representing our new generation of leaders—delivered an inspiring message on “Adapting to Future Changes,” highlighting sustainable growth and a bold vision for Searefico’s next chapter.

The event also celebrated team members who have dedicated over 20 and even 30 years of service. Their commitment is the backbone of Searefico’s success. Let’s take a moment to look back on these special memories from Searefico’s Day 2024!
