On the previous October 1st, Searefico E&C’s Extraordinary General Meeting has concluded successfully. In the meeting, the GMS also elected new leaders, a generation of passionate, ambitious, success-driven leaders, to elevate Searefico E&C and Searee Da Nang.

In the Meeting, Searefico E&C’s BOD also appointed Mr NGUYỄN KHOA ĐĂNG as the new CEO.
Talking about his decision of transference, Mr Le Tan Phuoc – President of Searefico Corp, said:
I am resigning from the position of President of Searefico E&C to promote organisation’s rejuvenation and development, renovating the operation system in the direction of a pure holding; and most importantly, to create a favourable environment allowing the new BOD to freely appoint, train, and develop next-generation leaders with building for lasting in mind.
I stepped up for our brothers, and I also stepped down for them. A true leader must be able to see the ever-growing organisation without limit. If we cannot succeed in this generation, then the next generation would be able to. I want to put our brothers in arms into higher positions so that they would be able to see unforeseen scenes; and I hope that they will soar higher and higher.
Mr Phuoc continued to express his trust in the new Board of Directors:
No one is irreplaceable! If you love the Company, find someone that will be able to replace you with excellence!
