Nhìn lại cả năm 2021 một cuộc trường chinh lao tâm và lao lực, có nhiều điều không mong đợi, không đoán định, không né tránh được, nhưng cho đến nay tôi vẫn thấy tự hào vì đoàn quân Searefiers vẫn còn đủ đầy sức chiến đấu với khát vọng và hoài bão lớn lao. Trong bối cảnh nhiều doanh nghiệp khi phải tạm dừng hoạt động, cắt giảm sản lượng, cắt giảm quỹ lương thì nhân viên lại nhảy việc – thì ở Searefico Group cá nhân tôi và đội ngũ lãnh đạo Công ty rất biết ơn anh chị em đã đồng lòng đồng công cùng Công ty vượt khó. Dù doanh thu và lợi nhuận bị sụt giảm do 5 tháng đóng cửa và 3 tháng hạn chế hoạt động, chúng ta vẫn ghi điểm với kỳ tích thực hiện mục tiêu kép, vừa phòng chống dịch bệnh, vừa duy trì hoạt động kinh doanh, xuất sắc nhận về nhiều giải thưởng uy tín về chất lượng quản trị, văn hóa kinh doanh, môi trường làm việc, tích cực đóng góp cho cộng đồng và chung tay cùng cả nước chống dịch.
Chúng ta không muốn mất bất kỳ ai trong đại dịch. Tôi biết ơn Ban lãnh đạo các công ty trong Group đã làm tất cả những gì có thể làm để bảo vệ anh em. Hội đồng quản trị và Ban điều hành luôn xem gia đình của các bạn quan trọng hơn công việc của các bạn ở Công ty, sức khỏe của các bạn cũng chính là sức khỏe của Công ty, và cơ hội nghề nghiệp của các bạn càng nhiều có nghĩa là tiềm năng của Công ty càng lớn.
Tôi tin rằng những gì chúng ta đã và đang làm theo phương châm “Sống tử tế, làm đàng hoàng, để lại di sản” sẽ kết tinh giá trị của Người Searefico và nhận được sự tôn trọng từ các đối tác. Từ trong mối đe dọa bởi dịch bệnh, Đại Gia đình SEAREFICO một lần nữa xích lại gần hơn, đùm bọc nhau, giãn cách mà không xa cách, mỗi người luôn sẵn sàng làm thêm và làm thay công việc của người khác khi cần. Văn phòng không sáng đèn nhưng email và tin nhắn và bay đi hàng đêm. Các nhà máy “ba tại chỗ” của Công ty đã tạo ra một chuẩn mực mới ở khu công nghiệp Tân Tạo. Đại dịch Covid xảy đến trong môi trường kinh doanh VUCA cùng với xu hướng số hóa và công nghệ 4.0 đã làm đảo lộn mọi suy nghĩ và thói quen của chúng ta, đặt mọi doanh nghiệp trước một ngã ba đường: thay đổi để tiến lên, bứt phá tạo khoảng cách với đối thủ cạnh tranh hay quay trở về vị trí đằng sau vạch xuất phát.
Thực tế nhiều doanh nghiệp xem đây là cơ hội để tái tạo và phát triển tổ chức theo hướng tích cực trong tâm thế sẵn sàng thay đổi, họ chủ động thực hiện một loạt những can thiệp có chủ đích với lộ trình và mục tiêu cụ thể để tạo ra một phiên bản mới của chính mình. Một lần nữa, khí phách can trường, tinh thần tận tâm trách nhiệm, tố chất linh hoạt thích nghi vốn được biết đến như những giá trị cốt lõi của Searefiers chính là thứ vaccine tốt nhất giúp toàn Công ty vững vàng vượt qua đại dịch.
