01. Training policy
Variety of forms and programs of soft skills – specialties – professional skills training. The program for the whole year is Working skills and professional management skills; Next generation training program. In addition, Searefico develops a Training program dedicated for project human resources (SSSMPM) and cooperative training programs both at home and abroad.
02. Promotion policy
Most of Searefico’s Senior Managers are from the internal staff. At Searefico, there are always opportunities for talented employees to have a “ground” to affirm themselves for higher positions.
